The Lodge offers five spacious super-king or twin bedrooms, accommodating just 10 guests. Each of the bedrooms has ensuite facilities, fine bed linen, small fridge, smart TV and a writing desk. The Lodge is then, well-suited to couples and groups alike. Purpose-built in a traditional style in keeping with the natural materials and hues of the landscape, while also offering the comforts of modern living, the cedar Lodge radiates warmth, character and comfort. The Lodge has a generous-sized dining table and a spacious ‘ski-lodge’ styled lounge with comfortable couches set graciously around the Homesteads’ fire hearth, is at the heart of the Lodge. Whatever the season, the Lodge customarily welcomes wedding parties, outdoor adventure seekers, food & wine enthusiasts, well-being warriors, business conference guests and fans of vintage planes, trains and automobiles. During winter the Lodge has an undeniably, cosy ski lodge feel. The Lodge serves complimentary coffee & tea throughout the day.

House Rules

  • Use of outside wood fire, BBQ facilities and outdoor hot tub until 10pm.

  • Check-in from 3pm until 5pm.

  • Check-out 10am.

The Lodge is predominantly an adult-only space, while the family-friendly self-contained Ruby Cottage and Lismore Cottage, welcomes children under 16. Both self-catering Cottages are superbly set-up with families or small groups in mind.
